1. Ship and receive transfers and client merchandise.
2. Prepare merchandise for shipping with accurate packaging and wrapping.
3. Supervise UPS log and track packages.
4. Arrange hand deliveries.
5. Report any damaged merchandise to management.
6. Organize merchandise in the stock area to meet top store standards.
7. Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed and censored as per company policy.
8. Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation.
9. Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with store leadership.
10. Maintain inventory readiness at all times.
11. Build Inventory Adjustment Forms (IAF).
12. Process incoming repairs and submit claim paperwork to Corporate.
13. Assist in the repair cycle by connecting with clients to return merchandise.
14. Order supplies for the store.
15. Support operations and store maintenance regarding facilities and fixtures.
16. Clean sales floor and stock area.
17. Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, luxury experience preferred.
2. Minimum High School Diploma.
3. Experience in stock control and selling.
4. Strong organizational skills.
5. Strong drive for results.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
2. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
3. Ability to work in a team environment.
4. Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions.
5. Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 25lbs.
6. Foreign language skills are a plus.
7. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, with a preference for luxury sector experience.
