Fendi Stock Controller

- Receive, count and record incoming stock using the company inventory system; prepare and manage shipments, transfers and consignments.
- Pack and unpack merchandise according to company procedures and organise stock in the stockroom for efficient access and replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shrinkage within company standards and recommend disposal or return of defective, excess or obsolete items.
- Label and codify stock items to facilitate retrieval and team usage; maintain up‑to‑date records and inventory reports (shipments, shortages, expenditures).
- Coordinate with couriers and external suppliers for pick‑ups and deliveries and liaise with production for handling defective or repaired items.
- Support visual merchandising by managing VM stock, communicating arrivals, and handling unused props/mannequins.
- Order and manage supplies required for the stockroom; compile and review purchase orders, requisitions and contract data to assess needs.
- Ensure stockroom housekeeping, safety compliance and organise periodic deep cleans of warehouse/storage areas.
- Provide direction and assistance to other stockroom or warehouse personnel and ensure correct use of repair-processing systems.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in a luxury retail environment.
- Proven numerical and analytical ability, with basic accounting awareness for inventory reconciliation.
- Strong organisational skills; reliable, conscientious and able to set priorities and achieve targets.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for internal coordination and supplier/courier liaison.
- Experience using an inventory database; prior experience with Retail PRO is a strong advantage.

Minimum 5 years' experience overall, including at least 2 years within luxury retail operations or a comparable high‑end retail environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in logistics, supply chain, or retail operations preferred.
