Fendi Stock Controller

- Receive and count stock items, recording data using computer systems.
- Manage all shipments, transfers, and consignments efficiently.
- Pack and unpack items for stockroom shelving, adhering to company policies.
- Verify inventory computations against physical counts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock counts.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and shrink rates align with company standards.
- Organize and store items orderly and accessibly in designated areas.
- Label stock items with identification tags, numbers, or lists for team usability.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance in storage areas, organizing monthly deep cleaning.
- Inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting damages to supervisors.
- Assist and direct other stockroom or warehouse personnel as needed.
- Dispose of or return damaged or defective items to vendors.
- Coordinate with couriers for stock pickups and deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, and shipments.
- Order necessary supplies and assess supply needs from various documents.
- Ensure optimal after-sale service, accuracy, and integrity.
- Manage defective and damaged items with production teams.
- Process repairs and coordinate with local suppliers for efficient service.
- Recommend disposal of excess, defective, or obsolete stock.
- Contribute to visual merchandising stock and communicate with VM teams regarding arrivals and unused props.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a luxury boutique environment.
- Analytical and mathematical skills with basic accounting knowledge.
- Proficiency in computer skills for inventory database transactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills with a goal-oriented and conscientious approach.
