Fendi Shoes Purchasing Specialist

- Evaluate and compute raw materials needs using the MRP system.
- Upload and send purchasing orders to external suppliers.
- Analyze the timing of raw materials development, industrialization, release, production, and final delivery, as well as internal and external supplier processes.
- Elaborate delivery plans with suppliers, considering production planning times and needs.
- Demand external suppliers guarantee the provision of raw materials.
- Monitor the internal procurement process for all raw materials in daily production.
- Distribute KPIs on supplier performance and proactively contribute to developing and improving indicators to monitor the purchasing flow.
- Ensure a continuous improvement approach in terms of product/service quality and delivery times.
- Proactively collaborate with internal departments such as product development, production planning & control, internal production, and external suppliers.
- Degree in Management or Industrial Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Good numerical skills and understanding of data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and ability to interact with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the capability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Planning Systems (MRP), with STEALTH 3000 being a plus.
- Good knowledge of English.
Minimum of 3 years in a purchasing role, ideally within the fashion industry.
Degree in Management or Industrial Engineering.
