Fendi Senior Manager of Collection Merchandising

- Define objectives and provide strategic direction for the positioning and performance of assigned categories, aligning with short and long-term goals.
- Develop product merchandising briefs and coordinate with design and product development teams to create impactful collections.
- Oversee the collection design and development cycle, ensuring timely market entry, margin optimization, and strategic positioning.
- Monitor the product development process from inception to discontinuation, including product positioning, pricing, and financial performance analysis.
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and retail teams to ensure an efficient go-to-market strategy.
- Work with communication teams to implement a cohesive and impactful 360° marketing strategy for collections and product launches.
- Contribute to category sales budget planning and monitor sales, margins, and stock targets, taking necessary actions monthly.
- Enhance category performance and market share by working closely with markets and retail teams.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in product merchandising within the luxury industry.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Excellence in collection merchandising and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of current market and consumer trends.
- High product sensitivity and passion for women's categories.
- Ability to interact with flexibility and diplomacy with stakeholders.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple development calendars.
- Broad understanding of the luxury landscape and target customer.
A minimum of 10 years in product merchandising within the luxury industry is required.
