1. Collaborate with agencies to develop seasonal campaign briefs aimed at optimizing ad campaigns and maximizing ROI across platforms such as Google and Meta.
2. Plan and maintain a digital marketing calendar in alignment with the marketing and communication schedule.
3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for future planning and KPI setting.
4. Proactively monitor competitors’ campaigns.
5. Plan and execute digital content on owned social media platforms.
6. Prepare regular and ad-hoc social media reports.
7. Manage performance campaigns to support the eCommerce business.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to explore opportunities on digital and social media platforms.
9. Develop digital action plans to engage consumers, including tourists and locals within the Southeast Asia and Australia markets.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce within the retail industry
3. Experience with luxury brands and handling the diverse Southeast Asia and Australia markets is a plus

1. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
2. Proven track record in driving performance campaigns for e-commerce
3. Excellent team player with a positive outlook
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce within the retail industry is required. Previous experience with luxury brands and handling the diverse Southeast Asia and Australia markets is advantageous.
