- Lead individual sales efforts to meet performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal customer base through effective client relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ensure high-quality customer service, providing a personalized and professional experience.
- Operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database management.
- Support inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.
- 5-8 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Organizational skills, professionalism, and self-confidence.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer and retail management systems.
- Goal-oriented with multitasking capabilities.
- Strong knowledge or interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales is required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
