1. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
2. Monitor individual sales performance and achieve targets and KPIs set by management.
3. Provide customer feedback on products, particularly newly launched items.
4. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal customer base using CRM tools.
5. Implement CRM campaigns and set up one-on-one appointments in line with targets.
6. Manage customer service quality to meet client expectations with a personalized approach.
7. Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
8. Operate the company sales management system for stock transfer, payment, and customer database input.
9. Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to guidelines.
10. Support during store stock takes and cycle counts.
11. Maintain proper visual merchandising and a clean store environment.
12. Execute daily housekeeping duties and ensure store safety.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail fashion industry with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
2. Strong expertise in the menswear category.
3. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
