1. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
2. Monitor individual sales performance and achieve targets set by the Department Manager or Store Manager.
3. Provide valuable customer feedback on products, particularly new launches.
4. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal customer base using CRM tools.
5. Implement CRM campaigns and arrange one-on-one appointments in line with targets and guidelines.
6. Ensure high-quality customer service, offering a professional and personalized experience.
7. Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
8. Operate the company sales management system for stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry, and customer database input.
9. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receipt, display, and storage of merchandise.
10. Support during store stock takes and cycle counts.
11. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a clean, safe store environment.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
2. Strong expertise in the menswear category.
3. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role within the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
