1. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
2. Monitor individual sales performance and achieve targets and KPIs set by the Department Manager or Store Manager.
3. Collect and provide customer feedback on products, particularly new launches.
4. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base using CRM tools.
5. Implement CRM campaigns and set up one-on-one appointments in line with targets and guidelines.
6. Ensure high-quality customer service, offering a professional and personalized experience.
7. Perform store duties as assigned by management and operate the company sales management system efficiently.
8. Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.
9. Support during store stock takes and cycle counts.
10. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a safe, clean store environment.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the retail fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
2. Experience in the menswear category is essential.
3. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
