Fendi Senior Client Advisor

- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Monitor individual sales performance and achieve targets and KPIs as set by the Department Manager or Store Manager.
- Collect and provide customer feedback on products, particularly new launches.
- Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base using CRM tools.
- Implement CRM campaigns and set up one-on-one appointments in line with targets and guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality customer service by offering a professional and personalized experience.
- Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
- Operate the company sales management system for stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry, and customer database input.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise.
- Support store stock takes and cycle counts.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a safe, clean store environment.
- Perform additional duties as required by the company.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the retail fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
- Experience in the Ladies' ready-to-wear category is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, self-reliance, friendliness, and patience.
- Organizational skills, professionalism, and self-confidence.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.
- Goal-oriented approach and multitasking ability.
- Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in the retail fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales, particularly in the Ladies' ready-to-wear category.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
