1. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
2. Monitor individual sales performance and achieve targets and KPIs set by management.
3. Provide insightful customer feedback on products, particularly new launches.
4. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal client base using CRM tools.
5. Implement CRM campaigns and organize personalized appointments.
6. Ensure high-quality customer service with a professional and personalized approach.
7. Perform store duties as assigned, ensuring smooth operations.
8. Operate the company sales management system for stock transfer, payment processing, and customer database management.
9. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper merchandise handling and support during stock takes.
10. Adhere to visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean store environment.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the retail fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
2. Experience in the Ladies' ready-to-wear category is essential.
3. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
