1. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
2. Monitor individual sales performance and achieve targets and KPIs set by the Department Manager or Store Manager.
3. Provide customer feedback on products, particularly newly launched items.
4. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base using CRM tools.
5. Implement CRM campaigns and set up one-on-one appointments in line with targets and guidelines.
6. Manage customer service quality to meet expectations with a professional and personalized approach.
7. Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
8. Operate the Company Sales Management system for stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry, and customer database input.
9. Maintain inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise.
10. Support during store stock take and cycle counts.
11. Maintain proper visual merchandising according to company guidelines.
12. Ensure a safe and clean store environment and implement daily housekeeping duties.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the retail fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
2. Experience in the Ladies' ready-to-wear (RTW) category is essential.
3. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.

5. Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.

8. Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years in the retail fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales, specifically in the Ladies' ready-to-wear category.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
