1. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
2. Monitor individual sales performance and achieve targets set by the Department Manager or Store Manager.
3. Provide valuable customer feedback on products, particularly newly launched items.
4. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base using CRM tools.
5. Implement CRM campaigns and organize one-on-one appointments in line with targets and guidelines.
6. Manage customer service quality to meet and exceed customer expectations.
7. Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
8. Operate the company sales management system for stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry, and customer database input.
9. Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.
10. Support during store stock takes and cycle counts.
11. Maintain proper visual merchandising and ensure a safe, clean store environment.

1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the retail fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

3. Organizational skills, professionalism, and self-confidence.
4. Strong customer service skills.
5. Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.
6. Goal-oriented approach and multitasking ability.
7. Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
8. Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years in the retail fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
