- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Monitor individual sales performance and achieve targets and KPIs set by management.

- Implement CRM campaigns and organize one-on-one appointments in line with targets.
- Ensure high-quality customer service, offering a professional and personalized touch.
- Perform store duties as assigned by management and operate the sales management system.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock management activities.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and maintain a clean store environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
- Experience in the menswear category is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong selling and communication skills.

- Proficiency in computer and retail management systems.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
