Fendi Senior Client Advisor

1. Deliver an extraordinary, personalized luxury experience to clients with a strong focus on menswear.
2. Drive sales through proactive upselling, cross-selling and multiple-item selling across all product categories to meet individual KPIs and targets set by the Department/Store Manager.
3. Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through clienteling, appointment setting and targeted CRM activity.
4. Execute CRM campaigns, accurately use Company CRM tools and maintain customer database integrity.
5. Operate the Company Sales Management system for payments, stock inquiries, stock transfers and customer data entry.
6. Maintain inventory accuracy: receive, display and store merchandise according to company guidelines and support stock takes and cycle counts.
7. Uphold brand visual merchandising standards and ensure a safe, immaculate boutique environment.
8. Perform store duties as assigned and undertake any reasonable tasks required by management.

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the retail fashion industry with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
2. Demonstrable expertise in menswear product categories.
3. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
4. Excellent selling, communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset.
5. Professional presentation and ability to maintain high image standards.
6. Strong organisational skills, resilience under pressure and goal-oriented attitude.
7. Proficiency with retail systems and basic computer literacy.
8. Fluent English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
