Fendi Senior Client Advisor

- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Monitor individual sales performance and achieve targets and KPIs as set by the Department Manager or Store Manager.
- Provide customer feedback on products, particularly newly launched items.
- Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base by implementing CRM tools effectively.
- Implement CRM campaigns and set up personalized appointments in line with targets and guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality customer service, offering a professional and personalized experience.
- Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
- Operate the company sales management system for stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry, and customer database input.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.
- Support during store stock takes and cycle counts.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a safe, clean store environment through daily housekeeping duties.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
- Strong expertise in the menswear category.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities, self-reliant, friendly, and patient.
- Organizational skills, professionalism, and self-confidence.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.
- Goal-oriented approach and multitasking ability.
- Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in the retail fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
