1. Collaborate with end-users to gather functional and process requirements.
2. Produce specifications and analyze change requirements to meet business needs.
3. Lead projects and initiatives to develop new functionalities and evolve the systems landscape.
4. Implement, update, and maintain procedural and technical documentation for consistent operations.
5. Provide end-user training and support, ensuring proper knowledge transfer to internal customers.
6. Manage teams of external suppliers and developers.
7. Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and regression testing, and provide comprehensive post-go-live support.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvement, leveraging SAP solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve daily issues, ensuring monthly closing tasks are completed.
10. Monitor application performance, data integrity, and user satisfaction KPIs.

1. University degree in Management Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
2. 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
3. Advanced knowledge of S4/HANA with a focus on MM-SD and a deep understanding of FI-CO.
4. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
