1. Collaborate with end-users to gather functional and process requirements.
2. Produce specifications and analyze change requirements to meet business needs.

4. Implement, update, and maintain procedural and technical documentation for consistent operations.

10. Monitor application performance, data integrity, and user satisfaction KPIs.

1. University degree in Management Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
2. 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
3. Advanced knowledge of S4/HANA with a focus on MM-SD and a deep understanding of FI-CO.
4. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
