Fendi SAP Application Specialist

- Collaborate with end-users to gather functional and process requirements.
- Produce specifications and analyze change requirements to meet business needs.
- Lead projects and initiatives to develop new functionalities and evolve the systems landscape.
- Implement, update, and maintain procedural and technical documentation for consistent operations.
- Provide end-user training and support, ensuring proper knowledge transfer to internal customers.
- Manage teams of external suppliers and developers.
- Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and regression testing, and provide comprehensive post-go-live support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, leveraging SAP solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve daily issues, ensuring monthly closing tasks are completed.
- Monitor application performance, data integrity, and user satisfaction KPIs.
- University degree in Management Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Advanced knowledge of S4/HANA with a focus on MM-SD and a deep understanding of FI-CO.
- Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to simplify complexity.
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
University degree in Management Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
