1. Coordinate the worldwide Best Estimate and Open to Buy processes for all product categories.
2. Define and monitor seasonal and carry-over Open to Buy calculations.
3. Oversee buy versus Open to Buy monitoring and communicate with stakeholders.
4. Establish monthly sales targets and reconcile plans with forecasts from retail, finance, and demand planning.
5. Lead the Sales and Operations Planning process to balance business needs with production capacity.
6. Define production capacity and prepare for buying sessions, including feasibility analyses.
7. Plan and monitor deliveries for special orders, new collections, and reorders.
8. Manage raw materials to reduce production lead times and enhance responsiveness.
9. Coordinate departments to execute seasonal launch plans and manage new launches.

1. 10+ years of experience in sales planning, business planning, and supply planning.
2. Proven experience in the luxury fashion industry.
3. Demonstrated people management skills.
4. University degree and additional education.

1. Proficiency in English and Italian.
2. Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills.
3. Business-oriented mindset with a positive and service-oriented attitude.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales planning, business planning, and supply planning within the luxury fashion industry is required.
