Fendi Sales and Demand Planning Manager

- Coordinate the worldwide Best Estimate and Open to Buy processes for all product categories.
- Define and monitor seasonal and carry-over Open to Buy calculations.
- Oversee buy versus Open to Buy monitoring and communicate with stakeholders.
- Establish monthly sales targets and reconcile plans with forecasts from retail, finance, and demand planning.
- Lead the Sales and Operations Planning process to balance business needs with production capacity.
- Define production capacity and prepare for buying sessions, including feasibility analyses.
- Plan and monitor deliveries for special orders, new collections, and reorders.
- Manage raw materials to reduce production lead times and enhance responsiveness.
- Coordinate departments to execute seasonal launch plans and manage new launches.
- 10+ years of experience in sales planning, business planning, and supply planning.
- Proven experience in the luxury fashion industry.
- Demonstrated people management skills.
- University degree and additional education.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
- Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Business-oriented mindset with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales planning, business planning, and supply planning within the luxury fashion industry is required.
