Fendi Sales & Demand Planning Manager

- Coordinate the Worldwide Best Estimate and Open to Buy definition processes across all product categories.
- Define and monitor Worldwide Best Estimates by zone, category, collection, and month.
- Calculate seasonal and carry-over Open to Buy (OTB) and monitor buying against OTB.
- Define monthly sales targets and reconcile plans with forecasts from retail companies, finance, and demand planning.
- Implement sales planning projects.
- Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to balance business needs with production capacity.
- Communicate supply chain and company needs to production for retail and wholesale requirements.
- Define production capacity and prepare for buying sessions, including retro-planning and preorder feasibility analysis.
- Plan and monitor deliveries for special orders, new collections, and reorders.
- Manage raw material to reduce production lead time and enhance responsiveness.
- Monitor global production lead times and identify improvement areas.
- Coordinate departments to execute seasonal launch plans.
- Analyze feasibility of new collection drops post-buying session.
- Plan and monitor special orders for events and new launches, such as pop-ups.
- Update and monitor the status of new launches and manage priorities and allocations.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales planning, business planning, OTB, and supply planning.
- Proven experience in the luxury or fashion industry.
- Demonstrated people management skills.
- University degree with additional education preferred.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proactive and business-oriented mindset.
- Excellent sense of service and common sense.
