1. Achieve and master sales and CRM KPIs.
2. Build and develop a client book to foster customer loyalty and sales growth.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on client requests, including special orders and after-sales service.
4. Utilize tools to manage clienteling and act as an entrepreneur in these areas.
5. Understand and adhere to internal policies and procedures.
6. Assist in the organization of the store, including visual merchandising, stock management, and maintaining standards.
7. Stay informed about fashion industry trends and have an in-depth knowledge of the brand's history and collections to provide tailored advice to clients.
8. Keep up with company news to share accurately with clients.
9. Seek improvements in performance or store organization in agreement with management.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail within a similar luxury brand.
2. Strong initiative to research and propose best practices.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
4. Team player who contributes to a positive and respectful work environment.
5. Proficient in mobile applications and tracking tools.
6. Fluent in English; proficiency in a third language is appreciated.
