1. Conduct regular training analysis and monitor the completion rate and preparedness of in-store teams.
2. Plan, schedule, and execute training and coaching activities tailored to specific needs.
3. Develop creative and innovative training program delivery methods.
4. Manage induction plans and activities for new employees.
5. Provide weekly activity reports.
6. Collaborate with HR and Store Managers to identify top talents and advise on development opportunities.
7. Prepare and adapt training courses and workshop materials.
8. Evaluate and recommend improvements for training materials.
9. Track monthly training and coaching history, implementing corrective actions as needed.
10. Provide logistical and administrative support for training department activities.
11. Monitor the training budget.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
