Fendi Retail Training Coordinator

- Conduct regular training analysis and monitor the completion rate and preparedness of in-store teams.
- Plan, schedule, and execute training and coaching activities tailored to specific needs.
- Develop creative and innovative training program delivery methods.
- Manage induction plans and activities for new employees.
- Provide weekly activity reports.
- Collaborate with HR and Store Managers to identify top talents and advise on development opportunities.
- Prepare and adapt training courses and workshop materials.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for training materials.
- Track monthly training and coaching history, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for training department activities.
- Monitor the training budget.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
