1. Conduct regular training analysis and follow up on the completion rate and preparedness of in-store teams.
2. Plan, schedule, and execute training and coaching activities tailored to specific needs.
3. Develop creative and innovative approaches to deliver training programs.
4. Manage induction plans and activities for new employees.
5. Report on weekly activities.
6. Collaborate with HR and Store Managers to identify top talents and advise on development opportunities.
7. Prepare and adapt training courses and workshop materials.
8. Evaluate and recommend improvements for training materials.
9. Track monthly training and coaching history, executing corrective actions as needed.
10. Provide logistical and administrative support to training department activities.
11. Monitor the training budget.

1. More than 5 years of experience in retail or retail training.
2. Passion for luxury retail and fashion.
3. Fluency in English; additional languages such as French, German, or Turkish are advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of digital tools and AI is a plus.
2. Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Creativity and innovative thinking.
5. Proactive curiosity and openness to feedback.

A minimum of 5 years in the retail field or retail training is required.
