1. Conduct regular training analysis and monitor completion rates and preparation levels of in-store teams.
2. Plan, schedule, and execute training and coaching activities tailored to specific needs.
3. Develop innovative approaches to deliver training programs.
4. Manage induction plans and activities for new employees.
5. Report weekly on training activities.
6. Collaborate with HR and Store Managers to identify top talent and advise on development opportunities.
7. Prepare and adapt training course materials and workshops.
8. Evaluate and recommend improvements for training materials.
9. Track monthly training and coaching history, implementing corrective actions as needed.
10. Provide logistical and administrative support to training department activities.
11. Monitor and manage the training budget.

1. More than 5 years of experience in retail or retail training.
2. Passion for luxury retail and fashion.
3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of digital tools and AI is advantageous.
4. Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
5. Proactive curiosity and willingness to learn and challenge oneself.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Creative and innovative thinking.
8. Fluency in English; proficiency in French, German, Turkish, or other languages is a plus.
