1. Drive growth in the Northeast region to achieve and exceed financial targets.
2. Manage the regional budget and ensure financial objectives are met.
3. Lead and develop the retail team to achieve business objectives and enhance client relationships.
4. Monitor and analyze sales performance across all stores, ensuring employees meet sales and productivity goals.
5. Collaborate with Merchandising and Supply Chain teams to ensure optimal product assortment and availability.
6. Establish productive relationships with local department store management.
7. Develop public relations events in collaboration with Marketing & Communications to strengthen client relations.
8. Provide input to CRM activities to maximize sales and customer loyalty.
9. Oversee recruiting and staffing for all open store positions, in coordination with Human Resources.
10. Conduct annual reviews and implement development and succession plans for talent growth.
11. Ensure Fendi training initiatives are effectively implemented across the region.
12. Provide leadership and share the company vision to motivate and retain staff.
13. Develop strategies to achieve financial targets and manage P&L for the region.
14. Safeguard the physical security of company assets, customers, and employees.
15. Ensure implementation and monitoring of internal control procedures.
16. Streamline retail operations processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
17. Lead the store opening process for new stores.

1. Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
2. Ability to travel extensively and work a flexible schedule
3. 10+ years of retail management experience in a multi-store environment
4. Strong computer skills and data analysis capabilities
5. Proven leadership skills
6. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
7. Exceptional organizational skills
8. Foreign language proficiency is a plus
9. Ability to lift boxes/weight up to 10lbs

A minimum of 10 years in retail management, ideally within a multi-store environment.

Bachelor’s Degree, preferred

The compensation for this position ranges from $250,000 to $285,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience. Includes bonus opportunities.
