Fendi Retail Regional Vice President

- Drive regional sales growth to achieve and exceed financial targets.
- Manage and optimize the regional budget.
- Lead and develop the retail team to meet business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships to support business goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance across all stores.
- Ensure Store Managers effectively manage clientelling processes.
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Supply Chain teams to ensure optimal product assortment and availability.
- Establish productive relationships with local department store management.
- Develop public relations events in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Department.
- Provide input to the CRM team to enhance local CRM activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
- Ability to travel extensively and work a flexible schedule.
- Minimum of 10 years in retail management, ideally in a multi-store environment.
- Strong computer and data analysis skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management, ideally within a multi-store environment.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
The compensation for this position ranges from $235,000 to $265,000 annually, with the rate of pay contingent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. Additionally, there is a bonus opportunity.
