1. Assist the Senior Manager in analyzing sales performance across all Fendi stores in the U.S. market to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
2. Gain insights into the operations of a luxury retail network at both strategic and operational levels.
3. Develop skills in measuring retail network performance and formulating improvement plans.
4. Enhance analytical skills through practical application.
5. Contribute to the construction of databases and the evaluation of existing reporting tools and reports.
6. Participate in designing future reporting dashboard structures for Client Advisors and Management, utilizing Microsoft business intelligence applications.
7. Conduct in-depth sales performance analysis to uncover business opportunities by market, store, and product category.
8. Support the development of sales team incentives and contests, measure their impact, and gather feedback.
9. Collaborate with the Senior Manager to build and consolidate action plans to enhance retail network performance.
10. Assist in preparing presentations for top management and business reviews.

1. Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and VBA.
4. Strong analytical capabilities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
7. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
