1. Maintain store premises, ensuring cleanliness and timely replacement of damaged fixtures or furniture.
2. Oversee lighting, electrical systems, and store equipment functionality.
3. Ensure all back-of-house areas are organized per company standards.
4. Act as key liaison with vendors and contractors for store works.
5. Ensure compliance with all company operational policies and procedures.
6. Train staff on POS system for stock transfers, payments, client database, and reporting.
7. Monitor and manage store operating expenses, ensuring accurate recording and cost control.
8. Oversee proper handling of cash, credit card, and other financial transactions.
9. Drive inventory accuracy and meet shrinkage targets.
10. Partner with Internal Control to manage physical security and risk mitigation.
11. Maintain all store systems including IT, POS, phones, and alteration machines.
12. Oversee all shipment handling and inter-store transfers.
13. Supervise operations across both stores ensuring top-tier retail standards.
14. Manage front-of-house operational tools such as carriers, packaging, and uniforms.

1. Degree holder in business or related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience, luxury experience preferred.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in store operations.

1. Ability to manage schedules and deadlines.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Proficiency in POS system and inventory management.
4. Strong drive for results; goal oriented and proactive.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience, with a preference for luxury retail, and at least 3 years in store operations management.

Degree in business or related discipline.
