1. Support the procurement and purchasing of goods and services for the Retail department.
2. Collaborate closely with Retail Directors and Store Managers, providing both administrative and operational support.
3. Provide administrative support to Retail Operations in France.
4. Facilitate communication and execution among stores, company departments, and the Retail Operations team on various topics such as budgeting, target assignments, and uniforms.
5. Create analyses and presentations to support business needs.
6. Ensure stores adhere to company procedures and guidelines.
7. Coordinate ordinary and extraordinary store maintenance, including IT hardware and software, equipment, security systems, and administrative filing.
8. Monitor stock management and cycle count planning with stores to ensure monthly deadlines are met.
9. Conduct store visits with the Retail Operations team for France.
10. Work closely with Supply Chain departments.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
2. Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
2. Fluency in English
3. Strong communication and relational skills
4. Confidence, organization, and professionalism

Beginner level experience in a related field.
