Fendi Retail Operations Intern

- Support the procurement and purchasing of goods and services for the Retail department.
- Collaborate closely with Retail Directors and Store Managers, providing both administrative and operational support.
- Provide administrative support to Retail Operations in France.
- Facilitate communication and execution among stores, company departments, and the Retail Operations team on various topics such as budgeting, target assignments, and uniforms.
- Create analyses and presentations to support business needs.
- Ensure stores adhere to company procedures and guidelines.
- Coordinate ordinary and extraordinary store maintenance, including IT hardware and software, equipment, security systems, and administrative filing.
- Monitor stock management and cycle count planning with stores to ensure monthly deadlines are met.
- Conduct store visits with the Retail Operations team for France.
- Work closely with Supply Chain departments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and relational skills
- Confidence, organization, and professionalism

Beginner level experience in a related field.
