- Provide continuous feedback to headquarters on products, customer behavior, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Influence the sales plan definition by store for the men's category.
- Validate proposed assortments and define quantities.
- Participate in the sales plan definition process by category and regional store.
- Define, propose, and implement product assortments by cluster; validate final assortment and quantities.
- Drive the product assortment execution in the stores.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports and actively participate in regular business reviews with headquarters.
- Ensure continuous feedback to headquarters regarding product performance, competition, and demand evolution.
- Enhance business and market competency through regular store presence.
- Increase client advisors’ competencies in stores through animation and training on selling techniques and propositions.
- Promote and nurture in-store category expertise by being an active category ambassador across the network.
- Ensure each store provides customers with an effective presentation and experience of the category.
- 5 – 7 years’ experience in luxury product merchandising with a focus on retail.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of the main players in the business and strong fashion sense.
- Ability to understand current market trends and buying strategy.
- Excellent merchandising skills with attention to detail.
- Skills in the analysis of sales and market data.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
- Fluency in English (Italian is a plus).
- Mastery of MS Office tools.
A minimum of 5 years in luxury product merchandising, specifically focusing on retail.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred.
