1. Collaborate with zone teams to define and curate product assortments that align with brand vision and market demands.
2. Ensure precise distribution of products across store clusters, maintaining optimal stock levels and availability for both seasonal and timeless collections.
3. Monitor and control target stock levels, depth, and sell-through rates to guarantee the right product mix and inventory levels in stores.
4. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform product assortment and allocation decisions.
5. Work closely with local retail merchandising teams, visual merchandising, collection merchandising, go-to-market, and supply chain departments.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management
2. Fluency in Italian and English

1. Strong analytical skills
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
3. Passion and knowledge of the fashion and luxury industry
4. Positive and proactive attitude

Beginner level experience in retail or merchandising is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management
