1. Oversee and execute key marketing activities in Parisian department stores to support business development with a focus on client engagement.
2. Support the execution of the clienteling strategic plan in-store through team training, coaching sessions, and follow-up with boutique managers.
3. Assist in the development and rollout of marketing tools for clienteling activities.
4. Analyze clienteling campaigns and sales to identify best practices and opportunities for client loyalty and retention.
5. Support the organization of in-store events, including creating supplier briefs, sourcing new suppliers, and coordinating with boutique managers.
6. Liaise with external marketing suppliers and boutique manager teams to set up events.
7. Analyze and report on event return on investment and client development.
8. Consolidate store performance data, including sales and KPIs.
9. Create reports and dashboards to monitor in-store clienteling activities.
10. Conduct performance analysis and identify areas for improvement.

1. Master’s degree in business or equivalent, with a specialization in Marketing.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
3. Proactivity and self-starting ability.

A first experience in the retail and/or luxury sector is advantageous but not required.

Master’s degree in business or equivalent, with a specialization in Marketing.
