Fendi Retail Marketing Intern

- Oversee and execute key marketing activities in Parisian department stores to support business development with a focus on client engagement.
- Support the execution of the clienteling strategic plan in-store through team training, coaching sessions, and follow-up with boutique managers.
- Assist in the development and rollout of marketing tools for clienteling activities.
- Analyze clienteling campaigns and sales to identify best practices and opportunities for client loyalty and retention.
- Support the organization of in-store events, including creating supplier briefs, sourcing new suppliers, and coordinating with boutique managers.
- Liaise with external marketing suppliers and boutique manager teams to set up events.
- Analyze and report on event return on investment and client development.
- Consolidate store performance data, including sales and KPIs.
- Create reports and dashboards to monitor in-store clienteling activities.
- Conduct performance analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- Master’s degree in business or equivalent, with a specialization in Marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proactivity and self-starting ability.
A first experience in the retail and/or luxury sector is advantageous but not required.
