1. Coordinate in-store activations related to the capsule collection
2. Liaise with stores for follow-up ahead of the launch of the capsule collection
3. Support the development of marketing strategic tools connected with CRM activities
4. Perform analysis of CRM campaigns and sales to understand best practices and insights
5. Report on event results and CRM KPIs where needed
6. Support the retail marketing team and stores with CRM-related topics
7. Ensure global guidelines and timeframes are adhered to within local implementation
8. Undertake training related to CRM and event management
9. Support the retail marketing team with the development of CRM activities
10. Shadow and attend weekly store manager meetings
11. Support the retail marketing team in implementing in-store events and other retail activities
12. Explore other CRM opportunities focusing on initiating activities and events
13. Consolidate and analyze customer data to derive business indications
14. Support events and activations in-store and out of store
15. Liaise with external suppliers on relevant CRM and marketing-related projects

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
2. Previous experience in a fashion/luxury environment is a plus

3. Strong communication skills
4. Excellent relationship and team skills
5. Confident, organized, professional
6. Goal-oriented approach, multitasking
7. Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry
8. Fluent in English; another European language is a plus
