- Monitor sales performance against budget and targets, implementing necessary actions to optimize results.
- Develop and execute commercial action plans to expand business, including targeting specific clientele categories and implementing incentive programs.
- Analyze local trading environments, trends, and competition to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team for product development and provide inputs for Open-to-Buy (OTB) processes.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to align sales forecasts and financial requirements with budgeting and investment plans.
- Identify potential locations for new stores and analyze market profitability for expansion.
- Oversee daily store operations, resolving operational issues and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Manage new store openings or relocations, ensuring coordination among architects, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain operational standards across all stores.
- Participate in lease negotiations and manage store network projects, including expansions, renovations, and closures.
- Direct management of store teams, communicating vision and strategy, and ensuring adequate staffing and training.
- Promote the brand locally, implementing marketing and customer relation strategies to enhance brand image.
- Develop VIP activities and brand loyalty programs in collaboration with merchandising and communication departments.
- Monitor counterfeit activities and provide feedback to the Anticounterfeiting Department.
- Minimum 10 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or luxury sectors.
- Proven track record in retail training and team management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Availability for periodic travel within market scope.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Ability to influence and drive teams towards common goals.
- Proficiency in English.
- High energy and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Minimum 10 years of retail experience, with a preference for background in fashion or luxury industries.
