Fendi Retail Management Trainee

- Participate in a structured Retail Management Trainee Program designed to develop future retail leaders.
- Shadow department managers to gain comprehensive insights into retail operations, including sales, after-sales, clienteling, team management, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Engage in a two-phase assignment: the first 12 months in the home country and the second 12 months in an international setting.
- Manage commercial performance and team dynamics to drive business success.
- Enhance clientele service and management to uphold Fendi's standards of luxury.
- Oversee product and stock management to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Implement process management strategies to streamline operations.
- Undertake ad hoc missions to support store objectives.
- Collaborate with HR, line managers, and retail managers for continuous development.
- Participate in dedicated training sessions to enhance both soft and hard skills.
- Gain exposure to Fendi's top management and contribute to business strategy.
- Outstanding academic track record.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Initiative and commercial creativity with a keen fashion sense.
