1. Participate in a 2-year Retail Management Trainee Program designed to develop future retail leaders.
2. Shadow department managers to learn sales, after-sales, clienteling, team management, and visual merchandising.
3. Rotate through different store environments, including resort, outlet, and department stores, to gain diverse retail experience.
4. Undertake an international assignment to enhance leadership skills in a complex department store setting.
5. Manage commercial performance, team management, clientele service, product and stock management, and process management.
6. Engage in ad hoc missions to support business objectives.
7. Receive mentorship from HR, line managers, and retail managers.
8. Participate in dedicated training sessions to enhance soft and hard skills.
9. Gain exposure to Fendi's top management and strategic business insights.

1. Outstanding academic track record
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
