1. Participate in a 2-year Retail Management Trainee Program designed to develop future retail leaders.
2. Shadow department managers to learn sales, after-sales, clienteling, team management, and visual merchandising.
3. Rotate through various store environments, including resort, outlet, and department stores, to gain diverse perspectives.
4. Undertake a second assignment in a different country to experience department store operations and leadership challenges.
5. Manage commercial performance, client service, product and stock management, and process management.
6. Engage in ad hoc missions to support business objectives.
7. Receive mentorship from HR, line managers, and retail managers.
8. Participate in dedicated training sessions to enhance soft and hard skills.
9. Gain exposure to Fendi's top management and business strategy.
