Fendi Retail Management Trainee

- Participate in a 2-year Retail Management Trainee Program designed to develop future retail leaders.
- Shadow department managers to learn sales, after-sales, clienteling, team management, and visual merchandising.
- Rotate through various store environments, including resort, outlet, and department stores, to gain diverse perspectives.
- Undertake a second assignment in a different country to experience department store operations and leadership challenges.
- Manage commercial performance, client service, product and stock management, and process management.
