- Participate in a comprehensive 2-year Retail Management Trainee Program designed to develop future retail leaders.
- Shadow department managers to learn sales, clienteling, team management, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Rotate through various store formats, including resort, outlet, and department stores, to gain diverse retail experience.
- Undertake a 12-month international assignment to enhance leadership skills and manage department store operations.
- Focus on commercial performance, team management, clientele service, product and stock management, and process management.
- Engage in ad hoc projects to support store operations and business objectives.
- Receive mentorship from HR, line managers, and retail managers to develop both soft and hard skills.
- Participate in dedicated training sessions and talks to gain insights into business strategy.
- Network with Fendi top management and build relationships with stores, customers, and other luxury brands.
- Outstanding academic track record.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with a keen fashion sensitivity.
- Forward-thinking and self-starting attitude.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Leadership potential to effectively drive sales teams.
- Ability to ensure company policies are upheld to meet Fendi standards.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the retail or luxury fashion industry.
