1. Participate in a comprehensive 2-year Retail Management Trainee Program designed to develop future retail leaders.
2. Shadow department managers to learn sales, clienteling, team management, stock management, and visual merchandising.
3. Rotate through various store formats, including resort, outlet, and department stores, to gain diverse retail experience.
4. Undertake a 12-month international assignment to enhance leadership skills and manage department store operations.
5. Focus on commercial performance, team management, clientele service, product and stock management, and process management.
6. Engage in ad hoc projects to support store operations and business objectives.
7. Receive mentorship from HR, line managers, and retail managers to develop both soft and hard skills.
8. Participate in dedicated training sessions and talks to gain insights into business strategy.
9. Network with Fendi top management and build relationships with stores, customers, and other luxury brands.

2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
