1. Participate in a comprehensive 2-year Retail Management Trainee Program designed to develop future retail leaders.
2. Shadow department managers to learn sales, after-sales, clienteling, team management, and stock management.
3. Engage in rotations across various store types, including resort, outlet, and department stores.
4. Experience international mobility by working in a different country during the second year.
5. Focus on commercial performance, team management, clientele service, product and stock management, and process management.
6. Undertake ad hoc missions to support business objectives.
7. Receive mentorship from HR, line managers, and retail managers.
8. Participate in dedicated training sessions to enhance both soft and hard skills.
9. Gain exposure to Fendi's top management and broader business strategy.

2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
