1. Participate in a comprehensive 2-year Retail Management Trainee Program designed to provide a holistic understanding of retail operations.
2. Shadow department managers to learn sales, after-sales service, clienteling, team management, and stock management.
3. Rotate through different store environments, including resort, outlet, and department stores, to gain diverse perspectives.
4. Experience international mobility by working in a department store in another country during the second year.
5. Manage commercial performance and team dynamics to drive business success.
6. Enhance clientele service and management to uphold Fendi's luxury standards.
7. Oversee product and stock management to ensure optimal inventory levels.
8. Implement process management strategies to streamline operations.
9. Engage in ad hoc missions to support various business needs.
10. Receive mentorship from HR, line managers, and retail managers, and participate in dedicated training sessions.

1. Outstanding academic track record.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
