Fendi Retail Management Trainee

1. Undertake a two-year rotational in-store program: initial 12-month assignment in the home country (including a six-month rotation to an alternate store format) followed by a 12-month international assignment, typically within a department store environment.
2. Shadow and support Department Managers across sales, after-sales, clienteling and team supervision to gain end-to-end retail operational expertise.
3. Lead morning briefings, manage daily store operations, coordinate back-of-house activities and oversee stock control and replenishment processes.
4. Contribute to visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation in line with FENDI guidelines.
5. Drive commercial performance by coaching and motivating sales teams, setting priorities and delivering on KPIs.
6. Deliver exemplary client service and build durable client relationships through proactive clienteling and personalized service.
7. Implement and monitor process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies and retail standards.
8. Execute ad-hoc projects and participate in targeted trainings; engage with HR and senior retail leadership for development reviews and exposure to top management.

1. Outstanding academic track record; tertiary qualification preferred.
2. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
3. Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience (retail or client-facing roles), preferably within luxury or premium brands.
4. Demonstrated leadership potential with strong interpersonal and team-management skills.
5. Commercially minded, with creative sensibility for fashion and a proactive, forward-thinking approach.
6. Excellent organizational skills, effective communication and strong follow-through.
