1. Shadow department managers to learn retail operations including sales, after-sales, clienteling, team management, stock management, and visual merchandising.
2. Participate in a 2-year rotational program with assignments in different store environments, including international locations.
3. Manage commercial performance and team dynamics to drive business success.
4. Enhance clientele service and management to maintain high customer satisfaction.
5. Oversee product and stock management to ensure operational efficiency.
6. Implement process management strategies to optimize store operations.
7. Engage in ad hoc projects to support store initiatives and goals.

2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
