1. Participate in a 2-year Retail Management Trainee Program designed to develop future retail leaders.
2. Shadow department managers to learn sales, after-sales, clienteling, team management, and visual merchandising.
3. Manage sales teams and drive business with a forward-thinking mindset aligned with Fendi's vision.
4. Experience rotations in different retail environments, including resort, outlet, and department stores.
5. Engage in international mobility to gain exposure to diverse retail settings.
6. Focus on commercial performance, team management, clientele service, product and stock management, and process management.
7. Undertake ad hoc missions to support business objectives.
8. Receive mentorship from HR, line managers, and retail managers.
9. Participate in dedicated training sessions to enhance soft and hard skills.
10. Gain exposure to Fendi's top management and broader business strategy.

2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
