2. Develop clienteling skills and refine the selling ceremony approach.
3. Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the Maison's vision and mission.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and manage sales to meet store expectations.
5. Identify and address customer issues and requests proactively.
6. Support customer data collection and entry.
7. Contribute to achieving specific store targets.
8. Lead a dedicated project linked to store priorities, offering innovative ideas to drive sales success.
9. Conduct sales, market, and competitor analysis to propose new ideas.

1. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion & Luxury.

1. High interest in retail and luxury; experience in luxury goods is advantageous.
2. Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
3. Excellent team player in a multifunctional team.
4. Creative, innovative, with strong analytical skills.
5. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
6. Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are appreciated.

Beginner-level experience with a strong interest in retail and luxury sectors.
