1. Participate in daily sales floor activities under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor.
2. Develop clienteling skills and refine the selling ceremony approach.
3. Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the Maison's vision and mission.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and manage sales to meet store expectations.
5. Identify and address customer issues and requests proactively.
6. Support customer data collection and entry.
7. Contribute to achieving store team targets.
8. Lead a dedicated project related to store priorities, contributing innovative ideas to drive sales success.
9. Conduct sales, market, and competitor analysis to generate new ideas and proposals.

1. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, or Fashion & Luxury.

1. High interest in retail and luxury; experience in luxury goods is advantageous.
2. Proactivity and problem-solving abilities.
3. Strong team player in a multifunctional team environment.
4. Creative, innovative, and analytical skills.
5. Accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Eagerness to face new challenges.
7. Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are appreciated.

Beginner level experience is required, with a strong interest in retail and luxury sectors.

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, or Fashion & Luxury.
