- Participate in daily sales floor activities under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor.
- Develop clienteling skills and refine the selling ceremony approach.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience in alignment with the Maison's vision and mission.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage sales to meet store expectations.
- Identify and address customer issues and requests proactively.
- Support customer data collection and entry.
- Contribute to achieving store targets.
- Lead a dedicated project aligned with store priorities, driving sales success and exploring new sales potentials.
- Conduct sales, market, and competitor analysis to generate innovative ideas and proposals.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion & Luxury.
- High interest in retail and luxury; experience in luxury goods is advantageous.
- Proactivity and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong team player in a multifunctional environment.
- Creative, innovative, with strong analytical skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic about new challenges.
- Fluent in English and Czech; additional languages are appreciated.
Beginner level experience in retail or luxury is preferred.
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion & Luxury.
