1. Participate in daily salesfloor activities under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor.
2. Develop clienteling skills and refine the selling ceremony approach.
3. Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the Maison's vision and mission.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and manage sales in accordance with store expectations.
5. Identify and address customer issues and requests proactively.
6. Support customer data collection and entry.
7. Contribute to achieving store-specific targets.
8. Lead a dedicated project aligned with store priorities, contributing innovative ideas to drive sales success.
9. Conduct sales, market, and competitor analysis to propose new ideas and strategies.

1. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, or Fashion & Luxury.

1. High interest in retail and luxury sectors.
2. Proactivity and problem-solving abilities.
3. Strong team player in a multifunctional environment.
4. Creative, innovative, with strong analytical skills.
5. Accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Fluency in English and French; additional languages are advantageous.

Beginner level experience with a high interest in luxury goods; previous experience in luxury is a plus.

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, or Fashion & Luxury.
