1. Participate in daily salesfloor activities under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor.
2. Develop clienteling skills and refine the selling ceremony approach.
3. Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the Maison's vision and mission.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and manage sales to meet store expectations.
5. Proactively identify and address customer issues and requests.
6. Support customer data collection and entry.
7. Contribute to achieving store team targets.
8. Lead a special project related to store priorities, applying academic learnings.
9. Conduct sales, market, and competitor analysis to propose innovative ideas.

1. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion, or Luxury.

1. High interest in retail and luxury; experience in luxury goods is a plus.
2. Proactivity and problem-solving abilities.
3. Strong team player in a multifunctional team.
4. Creative, innovative, with strong analytical skills.
5. Accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are appreciated.

Beginner level experience in retail or luxury is advantageous.

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion, or Luxury.
