1. Participate in daily salesfloor activities under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor.
2. Develop clienteling skills and enhance the selling ceremony approach.

4. Ensure customer satisfaction and manage sales to meet store expectations.
5. Identify and address customer issues and requests proactively.
6. Support customer data collection and entry.
7. Contribute to achieving store team targets.
8. Lead a dedicated project aligned with store priorities, contributing innovative ideas to drive sales success.
9. Conduct sales, market, and competitor analysis to propose new ideas and strategies.

1. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, or Fashion & Luxury.

1. High interest in retail and luxury sectors.
2. Proactive and problem-solving abilities.
3. Strong team player in a multifunctional environment.
4. Creative, innovative, and analytical.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.

No prior experience required; experience in luxury goods is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
