1. Participate in daily salesfloor activities under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor.
2. Develop clienteling skills and enhance the selling ceremony approach.
3. Deliver an excellent customer experience in alignment with the Maison's vision and mission.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and manage sales to meet store expectations.
5. Proactively address and resolve customer issues and requests.
6. Support customer data collection and entry.
7. Contribute to achieving specific store targets.
8. Lead a dedicated project related to store priorities, contributing innovative ideas to drive sales success.
9. Conduct sales, market, and competitor analyses to propose new ideas and strategies.

1. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, or Fashion & Luxury.

1. High interest in retail and luxury sectors.
2. Proactivity and problem-solving abilities.
3. Strong teamwork capabilities in a multifunctional environment.
4. Creativity, innovation, and strong analytical skills.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are advantageous.

No prior experience required, though experience in luxury goods is beneficial.

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, or Fashion & Luxury.
